Updating Your Account Shipping Address in the EHR

If you've moved your business to a new address, you'll need to notify us so we can continue shipping products to you without interruption. 

Please note: These changes can take one to two weeks to process, so we recommend submitting your request well in advance of your move.

 

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Please  submit a ticket with the following information:

  • Your old business address.

  • Your new business address.

  • A copy of your updated lease, signed by both parties (lessor and lessee), clearly showing your name and the new address.

This documentation is required by pharmaceutical companies to verify your new location.


 

Step 2: Update Your Address in the EHR

Once you have notified our support team, you also need to update your address directly in the EHR.

  1. Click on your Name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. Go to the MedSpa section.

  4. Find Commercial Shipping Address and click to update your new address.

Updating your address in both places ensures a smooth transition and prevents any shipping delays.
