Update bank account

Same form applies to any model (Lite, Flex, Legacy) but for different purposes, please refer the one that applies to your model.

PortraitLegacy

If you need to update the bank account that you receive your monthly payment in, please fill out this Portrait Payment Authorization form with the updated bank info and then submit a ticket letting us know that you have filled it out, we will update your bank account info with Square.

*For the credit card section of the form, if you already have a valid card on file, if you want to keep the same card you can just put N/A.

 

PortraitFlex and PortraitLite

If you need to update the bank account that will be associated with your Square account to receive the charges that you run for your customers through your Square user, please fill out the following form and then submit a ticket to let us know once it has been filled out so we can action the change.
