Unsuccessful log in attempt by patient
If a patient has trouble logging into our portal, here are some useful tips for providing them with an alternative!
Context: Portrait's patient portal is set up in a way where patients can log in by receiving a code via SMS.
If for any reason this is failing (i.e. technical issues with phone company, etc.), we must instruct them to use the "Tap here" option below the "Login" button which allows them to receive the 6-digit verification code in their email inbox instead of their phone.
