[LEGACY] Complete A Service Visit Checkout When The Service You need is not visible at step 1

[FOR LEGACY] If you encounter an instance where a treatment you have authorization for is not visible in the EHR while performing checkout for a patient post-treatment, here is the recommended course of action.

In front of patient: To process the payment, the provider can access the patient's profile in the EHR and click on "Retail checkout". They will then manually enter the credit card information and charge the total amount as "Account credit" to be applied afterwards in the service visit once you've been whitelisted in the back end by the Medical team.

Following service: Reach out via ticket to MedOps to let them know ASAP. Once you have been whitelisted by MedOps, you can create a service visit in the EHR and apply the credit to the service to close out the chart.
