Setting and editing appointment types

You may manage your appointment types under the Calendar configuration tab> Appointment Types

Appointment types are the different options that clients will be able to select for booking, as well as the options that will be selectable when booking a client from the calendar as a medspa admin or provider. 

⚠️These are not set up from the "Services" tab, which are the internal options that you will see when completing a service visit and charting.

You may create your own set of appointment types.

• CONTROL THEIR VISIBILITY on the booking link: However, you can control their visibility on your booking link.
  You can toggle an appointment type's visibility for patients to see it in the booking link by setting it as active or inactive.
  
  
  
  
• CREATING NEW APPOINTMENT TYPES: You have the flexibility to create new, customizable appointment types. Just click the "New appointment type" button located at the top right corner.
  Any appointment types you create will be fully editable, including the option to delete them if needed.
