At around 9:30am PST some users started to be unable to log in to the EHR due to a server outage that increasingly started to prevent users from logging in.
Our Technology team is currently working to solve this issue.
In the meantime providers that are seeing patients may resort to the Emergency protocol of manual charting: https://support.joinportrait.com/knowledge/i-cant-access-the-ehr-or-create-a-service-visit
Update: At around 10:30am PST our tech team made adjustments that brought stability back to the server and all users are able to log in.
