Do a Quick Retail Checkout

This article will guide you through the options to complete a quick retail checkout transaction effortlessly and efficiently.

If a customer comes into your studio to buy a product, you have two options to choose from for a quick retail checkout: 

Option #1 is to navigate to "Retail checkout" (See how the Retail checkout works) located in the upper right corner of the patient profile view.


Select "Retail" and then the retail item you want to sell. Then complete the checkout process.

Option #2 (if this is a patient that's not registered and thus doesn't have a patient profile) you can process the sale under the Retail Client, which is a dummy client created for this purpose.
