If you are having trouble seeing patients in the clearance queue/list, don't worry! This article provides an effective work around.
If a patient has an address with a state that's outside of the states that you're licensed to clear patients in, this will cause for the patient to not show in your list, which is actually incorrect since they are receiving service in a state where you ARE licensed, so you are ok to clear them.
The work around for this will be to access the EHR and locate the patient's profile > Update their address switching to the state that you're in > While saving their actual address in a note pad (to later switch it back to the correct address).
After you've processed the GFE through your Advanced Practitioner user (aka. GFE user) or having your clearing physician process the GFE, you may switch the address back to the correct one for this patient.
