      #PoweredByPortrait Evangelist Program

      TLDR;

      • Post 1 piece of content publicly per week from your personal Instagram (reels or static posts) following the editorial criteria below. Automatically receive discounts totaling up to $1,000+/month or more for a typical-sized business!
      • Use the #PoweredByPortrait hashtag AND tag @PortraitProviders in each post to ensure you get credit for each post and so that Portrait can download and share the content. 
      • Once you’ve completed your first 4 posts, you'll achieve evangelist status and the ordering system will start to apply the discounts to all your orders. The discounts will be applied after you submit your order but before your payment method is actually charged.
      • To maintain your Evangelist status, continue to post 1 piece of content per week. If you keep posting every week, you’ll keep saving!

      At Portrait, we believe our entrepreneurs are the best advocates for our platform. That’s why we created the #PoweredByPortrait Evangelist Program—to reward you for sharing your journey and inspiring others in the aesthetics community.

      By spending just a few minutes each week sharing your experience, you can unlock significant monthly discounts on your inventory. It’s a win-win: share your story, save money, and help others discover Portrait!

      This gives us great content to share to the world that explains what Portrait is and why it's helpful to entrepreneurs better than we ever could.

      We’re excited to see what you create and thrilled to have you join the #PoweredByPortrait movement!

      How It Works

      Step 1: Capture Content (<5 minutes per post!)
      Share your authentic story—whether it’s about your professional success, personal joys, or fun moments as an entrepreneur. For content to qualify there should be an authentic mention of the role Portrait has played in your success! 


      Content ideas we love:
        • Professional Success: How you’ve grown or achieved balance.
        • Personal Joy: What makes you happy in your business journey.
        • Fun & Celebrations: Client transformations or hitting milestones

      Step 2: Post (It’s easy!)

      Post at least one piece of content per week, with each post one week apart, from your personal Instagram! Once you reach 4 consecutive weeks in a row, you'll achieve Evangelist status and unlock discounts!

      As long as you continue to post at least 1 time per week, you will continue to maintain your Evangelist status and receive the automatic inventory discounts. 

      Options include:

      • Reels (15 seconds – 90 seconds)
      • Static posts

      Be sure to use #PoweredByPortrait and tag @PortraitProviders in each static post or reel. No forms, no hassle—we track it all automatically as long as you tag us and use the hashtag!

      Step 3: Earn (Save big!)
      Complete the minimum requirement of one piece of content per week for 4 weeks to achieve Evangelist status, and your discount is automatically applied to your next inventory order. As long as you continue to post at least 1x per week, you'll maintain status and the more you save! Your rewards are rolling, meaning every continued week where you post adds up to more savings.

      Pro Tips: 

      • Please don't comment @PortraitProviders on a post — it will not show up in reporting. Portrait needs to be tagged or added as a collaborator. 
      • Please stick to Reels or Static Posts — stories also do not show up in reporting.

      • Your Favorite Part of Being an Entrepreneur: Share what drives you and the freedom you’ve found.
      • A Day in the Life: Walk your audience through a typical day as an entrepreneur.
      • The Story Behind Your Brand: Share why you started your business and what it stands for.
      • Milestone Celebrations: Celebrate key business wins, like hitting a revenue target or your 100th client.
      • Client Testimonials: Share written or video testimonials from clients who love your services.
      • Personal Growth Journey: Reflect on how you’ve grown both personally and professionally as an entrepreneur.
      • How You Stay Inspired: Share what motivates you, such as books, podcasts, or mentors.
      • Team Highlights: Introduce your team and explain their roles in your business success.
      • Favorite Tools or Products: Highlight the tools or products essential to your daily operations, especially those provided by Portrait.
      • Your Favorite Client Success Story: Share a particularly rewarding transformation that makes you proud of your work.
      • What You Love About Your Space: Talk about the special features of your studio that make it unique.
      • Biggest Learning Moment: Share an important lesson you’ve learned as a business owner.
      • Before and After Starting with Portrait: Show a "before and after" of your business and how it’s evolved since partnering with Portrait.
      • Having Experts on Hand: Talk about how Portrait’s expert support has helped you grow and succeed.
      • Team Behind Your Dream: Highlight how Portrait’s team supports your entrepreneurial journey and helps make your dreams come true.
      • Focusing on Care: Show how Portrait takes care of the business side, so you can focus on delivering top-notch client care.
