What should you know about Natrelle® Breast Implants?

The Natrelle® Collection is a specific brand of smooth, gummy gel breast implants. 

What are Natrelle Perks℠?

Allē Members who undergo breast augmentation with Natrelle® gel implants (“Member”) may qualify to receive either (a) one (1) complimentary treatment of BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) up to 50 units OR (b) one (1) complimentary treatment of JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC up to two .55 mL syringes at participating Allē provider offices only. 

Natrelle Perks℠ Terms and Conditions

  • Allē members must claim the offer in the Allē app via text message link within 6 months of their Natrelle® breast augmentation and select their complimentary treatment.
  • Once claimed, the selected complimentary treatment cannot be changed and the offer must be redeemed within 6 months of the offer being deposited into Member’s Allē Wallet. Offer expires 6 months after issue date into Allē Wallet.
  • Offer cannot be combined with other Allē offers on BOTOX® Cosmetic or the JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers but can be combined with Allē and Allē brand-specific gift cards, Allē points offers, including Double Points offers, and other Allē brand-specific offers.
  • The complete value of this offer must be used in a single transaction.

Does Portrait accept Natrelle Perks?

  • Portrait does accept Natrelle Perks
  • It is the Provider’s responsibility to ensure their Allergan rep ships the replacement product to their suite within the same pay period the Natrelle Perk has been redeemed.
  • Provider’s will contact the Portrait team via the ticketing system to confirm the replacement product has been received from Allergan, request a new tag, and ensure the product has been added into their inventory.
  • Natrelle Perks℠ are redeemed in EHR via the Allē box during checkout. Provider’s will be reimbursed for the discount once they have confirmed with the Portrait team the replacement product has been received. The Provider will submit a ticket via the ticketing system to notify with accounting, inventory and the PCC team that the product has been received. 
  • Portrait is not able to reimburse for Natrelle Perks℠ products that are lost or missing.
