Marketing Autopilot Billing

This article explains how Providers participating in the Marketing Autopilot program will get billed.

Marketing Autopilot is a great way to add new patients to your calandar. All costs associated with desinging, optimizing and fielding incoming leads will be covered by Portrait. Providers only pay for the ad spend (at least $1,000 for at least 3 months). The steps below detail how the ad spend will be charged: 

• The card on file will be charged for one month of ad spend the day after you submit your Autopilot in take form. 
• The charge will be for 30 x your daily ad spend plus a 2.9% CC fee. 
• The invoice will be received from Square and will look like the example below. 
• Your card will be charged automatically on a recurring basis every 30 days for the same amount unless you tell us otherwise by submitting a ticket here.
