[Legacy] How-To Access Previous Marketing Designs

If you have a design created by your former support team that needs updating or reordering, don't worry! We've got you covered. We can transfer the Canva design file to you so you can own it on a go-forward basis — here's how!

1. Submit a ticket in the Support Center and select "Other" as the type.

2. Please provide detailed information about the design you want access to in the ticket, including screenshots. For example, you can say, "I'd like to access my treatment menu, which has a pink cover photo featuring me."

3. We will transfer the design to you in Canva.

4. Once you have access to the file, you can make any updates you would like, and/or order collateral. Alternatively, you can share the design with a designer you hire who can help make any changes for you. We recommend exploring the designer options available in our Preferred Partner Directory.
