Inventory Orders & Delivery FAQs
This guide answers common questions about inventory orders and deliveries, including delivery times, tracking information, and what to do if you miss a delivery.
Delivery Window Hours
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but this can vary depending on the courier and their daily route. Tracking information will be uploaded on the bottom of your order history in the EHR so you can follow your order with the courier.
When Is Tracking Information Uploaded?
Tracking information is uploaded first thing in the morning as soon as it is provided to us. If you have not received your tracking information on the morning of your scheduled delivery, please submit a ticket.
What to Do If a Delivery Is Missed
If you missed your delivery, please contact the supplier directly using your order confirmation number and your delivery address requesting that they contact the courier to arrange a second delivery attempt.
When contacting the supplier, be sure to have the following information ready:
- Order confirmation number
- Delivery address
- Account #: [SHIP TO #]
- Account Name: [Jonathan Michael Snipes MD]
- Business Name: [Whats in allergen portal]
- Shipping Address:
- Order #:
This information should be available in the EHR but if you cannot find it, please submit a ticket and we will provide it to you.
