This article shows how to use the "rescan asset" feature in case an asset was incorrectly scanned during a service visit
If an asset is incorrectly scanned during a service visit, it is possible to rescan it from the correct vial even after the service visit was submitted. To do so, at step 9 of the service visit, just click/tap on the pencil icon on the far right of the asset you need to rescan, as in the screenshot below:
Then enter the correct vial in the pop-up window below and click "Add":
Note that it needs to be the same service and for the same amount of units. The number of units scanned cannot be changed after the checkout was processed.
