This article explains how a Provider can transition from Portrait Flex to Portrait Lite
Here are the differences between Portrait Flex and Portriat Lite:
- There is no revenue split with Portrait Lite.
- The platform fees to purchase inventory with Portrait Lite are slightly higher compared to Portrait Flex.
What stays the same?
- The EHR functions in the exact same way. All functionality is the same for both Portrait Lite and Flex.
- Ordering inventory works in the exact same way.
What steps do you need to take to transition from Portrait Flex to Portriat Lite?
- To initiate a change please submit a ticket by clicking on this link or hitting the "submit a ticket" button on the top right hand side of the EHR.
- Please allow three business days for the transition to occur.
Note: when a provider is transferred from one Portrait model to another, the inventory pricing might not update immediately, please verify that your pricing has changed before placing your order and you may submit a ticket so the tech support team can rectify the pricing issue.
