[FOR LEGACY]
Here are some best practices to keep in mind:
- The default option should always be to ship the product back to HQ. If you need guidance on how to safely ship pharmaceutical products back to Portrait HQ, please take a look at this article.
- It is recommended that product is not sent directly to another Provider, unless a Portrait employee personally delivers it.
- If hand-delivering, be sure to order styrofoam boxes and ice packs in advance of the transfer.
Steps for transfer:
If you want to personally deliver the product to another provider, here's what you need to do:
If the product is Hylenex, Botox, Dysport, any product that has been reconstituted, Instalift, Bellafil, or Exosome:
1. Remember to bring your styrofoam box and ice packs to the provider's studio.
2. If you're delivering product to another provider on the same day, place the product in the styrofoam box with ice packs, deliver it to the new location, and immediately put it in the fridge.
3. If you're unable to deliver the product on the same day, make sure to store it in the StyroFoam box with ice in your fridge until you're ready for hand delivery.
4. Submit a ticket to the inventory team indicating each product's 6 digits.
For products that do not require refrigeration, drop them off at the new provider's studio. Don't forget to include the 6 digits and send it to inventory@portraitcare.com.
