[FOR LEGACY] If you're looking to send skincare products to a patient, we've got you covered.
Charging a patient for the product:
- You can process a retail product without creating a New service visit.
- Scan or manually enter the product
- Just click on "Retail checkout", and then on "Product" to charge the patient
Charging a patient for shipping :
- Go to your nearest UPS, USPS, or Fedex to ship the product to the patient
- Pay for shipping out-of-pocket
- In the EHR, under the patient's profile, use the "Other" option in the "charge card on file" workflow to charge the patient for the cost of shipping that you covered and leave a note "Shipping fee for skincare product"
