How to reset your password in the EHR

This article shows the basic steps of how to reset the password of your EHR account.

If you need to reset your password, click on the "forgot your password?" tool below the credentials field: 

You will be prompted to enter the e-mail you're using with your current EHR account so you can receive a "password reset e-mail":

One you enter your e-mail, click "send Email" and check your inbox. 

Below is the what your e-mail will look like, click on the password reset link for the next step: 

You will be re-directed to an EHR page where you can enter your new password, and you are all set!
