[10/30/23] How To Request and Receive Naive Products

To receive naive products please reach out to your local sales rep. Here are a few things to keep in mind when reaching out: 

  1. When asking for naive products always make the request for demonstration, evaluation, education or training purposes (DEET). 
  2. If you are unable to sign the Sample Request Form yourself don't worry, the sales rep will coordinate with one of the Portrait medical directors to sign on your behalf. 
  3. Sample shipments don't always get sent out for next day delivery so please make sure to plan ahead. 
  4. When the naive shipment arrives, send over the packing slip to inventory@portraitcare.com as normal. 
  5. If for some reason your reps are unable to help, please let us know by emailing inventory@portraitcare.com and we will assist. 

The one exception to this process is naive Xeomin. Naive Xeomin will be distributed at the end of each month based upon the number of of paid vials you received during that month. For example, if you received 4 vials of Xeomin at the end of the month you will receive 4 naive vials. No action needs to be taken to receive naive Xeomin.
