This article explains how a patient can collect points in Alle rewards and also how to apply them in the EHR checkout once redeemed.
If you have patients that are interested in collecting Alle rewards points, you must access your Alle-business account by following the steps below:
While logged-in to https://business.alle.com/business/login, in your main Dashboard, search for the patient you'd like to enter a treatment for and click on their name:
You will then be directed to your patient's Alle profile, where contact information and relevant information, such as available points will be displayed. Click Checkout
Then select the treatment to be applied and if you'd like for your patient to collect points or use any available
Click Complete the transaction
How to apply redeemed points in the EHR checkout
If the patient decides to redeem points they have available in the Alle website, an authorization code is given after the transaction is processed. That auth code must be entered in the "Alle" checkout line from the EHR, along with the amount redeemed for it to be discounted from the total:
(note, this same process applies to rest of the tenders when it comes to applying it in the EHR)
Then proceed to summary and complete the transaction!
- Only redeem treatments that are used during treatment appointment, not applicable for pre-paid / future use treatments.
- Patient points can only be redeemed for Allergan Products
- Give additional points for non-allergan products when possible
- Allē gift card offers must be taken in full, but you can select points (100 at a time) to apply from patient points
- You have about 24-48 hours after submitting a transaction on Allē to cancel a Pending transaction. Once the transaction is listed as Completed, the points will be available for redemption and cannot be edited without calling Allē customer service.
- Press the ... button to cancel the transaction while Pending, then redo the transaction correctly.
