Discuss Retail Skincare Prices with Patients

Here's a helpful way to talk to patients when they think they find lower prices for skincare products online.

If a patient contacts you saying they found a cheaper price for a skincare product elsewhere, it's important to note that our retail floor prices already include tax.

Let's take TNS (SkinMedica) as an example, with a floor price of $318.60. If a patient mentions that SkinMedica online is $295, it's because that price excludes tax. However, the total amount will be the same once you factor in the tax.
