Medspa Admin users may set up their own policy for no shows.
Once you have set up a cancelation fee, here's how it is charged if necessary.
You will be able to find the option to charge a "Cancelation fee" under the "Retail checkout" feature within the Patient profile.
It is not within the Service visit flow.
Then you will select the option "Cancelation fee":
This will lead to a checkout where you can select the payment method and process the payment.
You can select "Card on file" if there is one already on file, or you can also add a new card if there is no card on file or you need to charge a different one:
