[Flex/Lite] Invoices from Portrait

Are you trying to find the detailed invoice for your payment? Do you need to find out how to make your payment to Portrait as a PortraitFlex/PortraitLite provider? Here is all the information you need!

For Flex and Lite providers, if you have any charges Portrait will send out an invoice around the 10th of the next month (i.e. January's invoice will be sent out around February 10th). 

The charge won't be processed until around the 15th of the month.

We have several manual audits that need to be ran before we can send out all invoices, so this date can be pushed back a couple days at most, if this happens we also move back the date to charge.

The provider will receive an invoice from www.bill.com which will look like this:

1. Invoice summary showing the total amount that the provider owes for the month.
   
2. Detailed invoice, which will show all the line items.
   
   
   

The detailed invoices will also be available in the "Documents" section of the EHR which you can find in the upper right corner dropdown menu
