Option #1: Collect the patient's credit card number and add it to their profile. This way, you can process the payment as a credit once the EHR is back up.

Option #2: If you prefer a cash treatment, you can accept payment via Venmo. Once the EHR is functioning properly, you can log the payment accordingly.
