      [Legacy] Download QR Tags Directly From The EHR

      This article explains how to download QR tags directly from the EHR. No more back and forth with the inventory team!

      This new feature is available exclusively for orders purchased through the EHR banner and allows Legacy Providers to download QR tags directly from the EHR. Here are the steps that need to be taken: 

      1. After submitting an order through the EHR banner and then receiving the package navigate to the INVENTORY tab in the EHR and select ORDERS. 
      2. At this point you will see all of the products your ordered. Click on the CONFIRM button next to each product.
      3. After hitting confirm a new side window will open with the opportunity to enter the quantity, lot# and expiration date. 
      4. After completing the fields click on the button "I confirm I received this item." 
      5. Once confirmed the side window will be closed and you will be able to download the QR tags by clicking on the Green download button. Complete this process for each product received. After this is done the products will be moved into your warehouse and can be used on patients.
      Any orders placed outside the EHR banner and all naive products will still follow the old process for generating QR tags (ex - submitting a ticket with a picture of the packing slip).
