      Alle Rewards Update

      Starting on 10/1/24 Allergan is making some big updates to their Alle Rewards program. This article summarizes the updates.

      • Starting on 10/1 Alle points will now be redeemed for complimentary products rather than cash discounts. 
      • Here are the points required for a patient to redeem free products:
        • All Juvederm filler SKU's can be redeemed for 1,000 points.
        • SKINVIVE can be redeeemed for 900 points. 
        • 50 unit vial of botox 1,200 points. 
        • A core SkinMedica product 400 points. 
        • A premium SkinMedica product 700 points
      • Alle Flash, gift cards, dollar off promotions will all stay the same. 
      • A-List Members (anyone that accumulates 1,200 points or more a year can continue to redeem points for cash). 

      How Can Points Be Redeemed? 

      • After an Alle member has earned enough points, they will have the option to exchange their points for a product offer within their Alle wallet. 
      • Members can select the product offer they want to exchange their points for and will be guided through a few easy steps to exchange their points for the free product. 

      How Will The Free Product Be Received? 

      • If the patient opts to redeem their points for SkinMedica the product will be sent directly to the patients house.
      • If the patient redeems their points for a Juvederm filler or SkinVive syringe, the package will be sent directly to your ship to address for Wednesday delivery. 
      • As normal the package should arrive between 8.30 and 10.30am and will need to be signed for. 
      • To track the package please look at the Insights tab within Alle. 

      For Portrait Legacy Providers Only 

      • Any complimentary Juvederm or SkinVive product must be tagged as naive.
      • When a patient gets treated with their complimentary product it must be a naive product to avoid receiving a price floor deduction.
      • To receive the naive tags, submit a ticket with the product name, qty, lot # and expiration. 

      FAQ's   

      How many points can a patient receive after each paid treatment? 

      • A patient will receive 200 points for each botox treatment (only 4 treatments can be received a year).
      • A patient will receive 200 points per syringe. 

      Is Wednesday the only day to receive complimentary product? 

      • At this time complimentary products can only be received on Wednesdays. 

      How many times can a patient redeem their points per year? 

      • Members can redeem their points once a year for general, 2 x per year for an A-lister.
