General - FAQ’s
Existing pharmaceutical Ship-To accounts must be closed down first, in order for Portrait to create new Ship-To accounts under our Parent (Sold-To) account.
I. Suppliers only allow 1 account per address.
II. Documentation for address verification is required (lease, utility bill, etc.) See below for which suppliers ship to a residential address.
- Creation of new Ship-To accounts may take up to 2 weeks, though sometimes faster. Please ensure you have enough inventory stock for this 2 week transitional period.

Evolus Accounts
Per Evolus’s Policy -
For providers with a current account and an order history within the last year, a new account can not be opened without a 1 year waiting period. For further questions or clarification, please reach out to your Operations manager.
Medical Director
All accounts will have a Portrait partnered MD associated to the ship-to account. Most likely, the name you’ll see listed will be Dr. Jonathan Snipes.
This is not to be confused with your supervising MD and should be no inconvenience to you or your business.
Residential Shipping
The following suppliers will allow shipping to a residential address:
- Evolus (additional form required)
- Medline
- Merz
- Olympia Pharmacy
Rewards Programs (Alle/Aspire/Xperience+/Evolus)
Portrait’s Operations Team will enroll you to the necessary rewards programs, per your request. Please let your Operations manager know which programs you’re interested in or submit a ticket here.
