Good news to share: the beta version of Portrait’s Help Center is now live!
What: our Help Center is a centralized place where we will turn the most common provider FAQs into helpful articles. It’s designed to empower you to get the answers you need, faster.
It also creates an obligation for Portrait to always create transparent, concise, and helpful documentation for providers :)
How it Works: Visit the Help Center when you have any common questions. This search-optimized knowledge base will automatically pull up the article you’re looking for based on your search keywords. Alternatively, you can browse articles by category.

Can’t find what you’re looking for in the Help Center? No problem, that’s what your support team is here for! Reach out to them if you can’t find an answer to your question. If we see providers asking the same question, we’ll turn it into an article to help everyone proactively.

We will continue to add to the Help Center over the next few weeks with additional FAQ articles and improve the content as well — including adding walk-through demo videos for visual learners.
