CareCredit Restrictions and Conditions -

1. Portrait does accept CareCredit transactions below $750, however, transactions under $750 cannot be combined with any promotions or discounts.
2. CareCredit transactions above $750 can be combined with promotions and discounts.
3. Portrait does not have a minimum requirement for CareCredit transactions to be used. Promotions or discounts CANNOT be applied to transactions under $750.

BeautiBank Information

BeautiBank Sign Up Instructions -

1. You're first going to go to the following link → https://app.portraitcare.com/manage-membership
2. After clicking the link, if not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in first, with a code sent via SMS or email address (normal sign in process).
3. A landing page will welcome you with a "Sign Agreement" button displayed, after clicking this button the section to sign is shown. You may click the "View Agreement" button at the top right to review the agreement document.
4. You click "Done Signing" and it takes you to the payment method selection view.
5. If you already have a CC on file, you can select it.
6. For new cards, you click the "New Card" button.
