[03/07/2025] EHR unable to login - RESOLVED

EHR users started to be unable to log in to the EHR due to a server outage that increasingly started to prevent users from logging in.
Our Technology team is working to solve this issue.

In the meantime providers that are seeing patients may resort to the Emergency protocol of manual charting (also available in our Emergency section in our Support Center):

Update: 7:00 AM (PT) - Our tech lead has confirmed they have found the cause of the outage, and that they are fixing the issue. It will take a few minutes still for everything to be up and running normally.

Update: 7:35 AM (PT) - We have identified the primary issue causing this outage. However, resolving is taking longer than anticipated. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
We will be providing updates as soon as our tech lead confirms everything is back up.

Update: 7:50 AM (PT) - Resolved. The EHR is back up. 
if you're not up yet, just give it another minute please. However, it can still be unstable, so we can expect minor server errors still for the next moments potentially.
