# Legacy Provider Coverage and Support Contacts

## Leadership Maternity Leave Plan and Contacts

**Coverage Dates**

- **Sydney Reddig** will be on leave from  **July 20 through October 20**
- **Mariela Worthington** will be on leave from **September 20 through November 22**

**A Note to Providers**

We are pleased to share some personal news: Sydney and Mariela are both expecting.

As they step away on leave, support for your practice will continue without interruption. The team in place knows your practice, understands what matters most, and is prepared to support you throughout this period.

### Phase 1: July 20 – September 19

**Sydney out · Mariela in**

During this phase:

- Mariela leads all operations
- Paola owns provider support
- Cristina manages compliance and administration
- Stephanie manages inventory

### Phase 2: September 20 – October 20

**Both out · Paola leads**

During this phase:

- Paola leads day-to-day operations
- All support channels remain unchanged
- Strategic items should be directed to **Praveen**

### Phase 3: October 21 – November 22

**Sydney back · Mariela returns November 23**

During this phase:

- Sydney resumes full operations on **October 21**
- Mariela returns on **November 23**
- Full team coverage is restored

**What Will Not Change**

### Provider Support

Paola, Cristina, and Stephanie will remain your consistent team, with no handoffs and no gaps in coverage.

### PCC and GFE Operations

Paola, Meghan and Brianna will continue running PCC and GFE operations as usual across all phases.

### EHR and Technical Support

Marcelo and Nicolas will continue supporting your existing EHR. Technical questions should continue to go through the ticketing system.

### Compliance and Administration

Cristina will continue to own all compliance and administrative support throughout every phase.
