Provider Support

Paola, Cristina, and Stephanie will remain your consistent team, with no handoffs and no gaps in coverage.

PCC and GFE Operations

Paola, Meghan and Brianna will continue running PCC and GFE operations as usual across all phases.

EHR and Technical Support

Marcelo and Nicolas will continue supporting your existing EHR. Technical questions should continue to go through the ticketing system.

Compliance and Administration

Cristina will continue to own all compliance and administrative support throughout every phase.
