Fix A Patient Registration Issue

If a patient is unable to register, there's no need to worry! We've got you covered with the right steps to fix the issue.

If a patient is having trouble registering, it is likely due to a cache issue. To resolve this, try clearing the browser history on either your mobile device or computer. 

  1. Clearing your cache/cookies:
    1. On your iPad, open the Chrome app
    2. At the bottom, tap More
    3. Tap History. Clear browsing data
    4. Make sure there's a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."
    5. Tap Clear browsing data

Afterward, retry the link and continue with the registration process. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please check your wi-fi signal.
