This article applies for MD or DO's that have a Physician user in the EHR. It also applies to providers that have an "Advanced Practitioner" user to clear their own patients due to the licenses they have, in states that allow them to clear their patients.
The steps to follow are:
1. Look at Medical profile section to review the answers to the medical questionnaire and scroll down to look at the patient's photo.
2. Scroll down to the Diagnoses & Indicated Treatments section.
3. Check the boxes for the diagnoses and service groups that apply, then click "Approve service requests and diagnoses".
